The impact you will have:

 

As a key member of our Demand Generation Team, the Business Development Representative (BDR) will have the opportunity to directly impact and expand TK Martech’s customer base and sales pipeline. You will also have the opportunity to build relationships and work in a cross-functional environment working alongside sales, marketing, and leadership employees.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Understand the Microsoft product line and buying cycle.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize the BDR processes.
  • Generating and qualifying leads.
  • Engage with our sales teams by introducing them to marketing qualified opportunities.
  • Cold-calling and cold-emailing qualified prospects, close deals
  • Writing and adapting email scripts.
  • Brainstorming and executing new strategies, develop new clients, new partners, new resellers
  • Keeping up to date on trends and news from the industry, our competitors, and our target market.
  • Helping to create updates and reports for presentation to management.

 

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Six months or more experience in a sales or customer service role.
  • Interpersonal communication skills are crucial for this position.
  • Must be comfortable with cold-selling via email and telephone.
  • Post-Secondary education in Marketing, Business, or a related field of study (college or university level).
